 Subject: Regarding Deputation of DoP staff working in IPPB

.

    1. A kind reference is invited to your office email dated 15.04.2021 on deputation for the post of Manager Area Sales and Assistant Manager - Area Operation in India Post Payment Bank from Department of Posts.


    2. The matter has been examined in light of the CoVID-19 pandemic. Considering that under the Pandemic situation it would be difficult to initiate process for empanelment/deputation process of fresh set DoP employees, it has been decided that, one year extension may be granted to all DoP staff presently working on Deputation to IPPB as an exception considering the present situation.


3. In this regard, I am directed to request you to extend the tenure of all DoP employees who presently working on Deputation to India Post Payments Bank and who want an extension as a one-time measure till the fresh process of sourcing DoP employees on deputation is taken up. .


4. This issues with the approval of Secretary (Posts).
