Sub: Rollout of Branch Post Office Common Service Centers (BO-CSCS).


                  It has been decided to provide for CSC Services from all the Branch Post Offices (BOS), as per enclosed SOP (ver 1.1), training and rollout schedule. The training and On-boarding of the BPMs should be completed by December 2021.


In view of the above, the Circles must carry out the following activities.


 1. Ensure participation of Sub divisional ASP/IP, System Administrator/ CSC SPOC of the Division including all the BPMs Scheduled for the training by CSC District Managers. Circle/Regional SPOC (Nodal Officers), Circle Admins and concerned system administrators may also attend as far as feasible.


 2. Ensure that the BPMs are on boarded immediately after their training and they start transacting without any further delay. 3. BPM should preferably use his own mobile/laptop/computer for CSC or otherwise mobile provided by IPPB may also be used.


4. BPMS may avail repayable loan amounting to Rs.20000/- from circle welfare fund for GDS and others also should be encouraged to procure their own device. Up to 40% of revenue earned by DoP is proposed to be shared as incentive for those who use own device. This will be paid monthly by count transfer to the respective BPMs personal account.


5. The number of Circle Admins have been increased based on the requirements of Circles. Similarly Divisional Admins, who will replicate the role of Circle Admin at divisional level, will be created by Master Admin on receipt of the nomination from Circles. Training to these Divisional Admins is to be imparted by the Circle Admins.


6. A weekly report in the attached proforma has to be submitted on every Monday for consolidation and submission to Secretary (Posts) regarding the progress of rollout.


           Since, the rollout of CSC Services from POs is monitored at the level of Hon'ble MOC, the commitment given by the Department has to be strictly adhered to as per the schedule. 

             In view of this, I am directed to request you to direct the Circle CSC Team to closely work with the CSC State heads and District Teams including Divisional counterparts from DOP for timely completion of training and on boarding.
