Sub:- Submission of applications for transfer under Rule-3 by the GDSs for the year 2021 -Reg


          This is regarding submission of applications in respect of Limited Transfer facility for GDSS for the year 2021. As per the Hon'ble CAT order dated 22.02.2021 in OA no.145/2021 & 147/2021 requests for Limited Transfer under Rule-3 for the existing GDS vacant posts (including the posts notified for GDS online Engagement vide notification dated 27.01.2021) are being called for as a special case in view of the online GDS recruitment cycle. 

        A format of the application form for Limited Transfer is also made available in the website.


         GDSS who are desirous of availing Limited Transfer facility as per the eligibility conditions prescribed in Directorate guidelines dated 22.01.2020 may apply for the same by 20.04.2021 (by 4:00 PM). The Sub Divisional Heads may verify the particulars of the GDS including TRCA by 23.04.2021 and the transfer applications should be submitted to the Divisional Head by 5:00 PM on the same day.

              In the Divisional Heads should submit all the applications to Regional Officed duly verifying all the documents/information along with specific recommendations.
