       Approval of Chief PMG is hereby conveyed to attach one PA post to Divisional office from any HO/SO of the Division,   experimental basis, for deputation to Sub divisional office to provide clerical assistance to the Sub Divisional Head. Every month the PA has to be deputed for one week per Sub Division on rotation basis. 

          The Sub divisional Head may have to plan utilization of clerical assistance properly to take maximum advantage of the arrangement. After 3 months Divisional Head will review and send a report on the effectiveness or otherwise of the arrangement. This arrangement is made for 3 months and continuance be based on review sult.
