Subject: Officiating arrangement in vacant PA/SA posts regarding.

Sir,

I am directed to enclose herewith letter No. NAPE/20-21/PA dated 09.02.2021 vide which National Association of Postal Employees Group C has proposed that PA/SA vacancies in circles may be regulated by officiating Postman/ MTS and further resultant vacancies in Postman/MTS cadre may be managed by engaging GDS.

2. In this regard, it is requested to send following information to the

(1) Views/comments on the above proposal of the Association;

(1) Whether Circle is making any officiating arrangements, if yes, modalities thereof.

3. It is requested to provide the aforesaid information to the Directorate by 15.06.2021
