DG, APS   Subject: Delay in processing of PLI/RPLI claims   This is with reference to complaints being received in Circles and PLI Directorate in connection with delay in processing of PLI/RPLI claims due to non-compliance of extant procedures already laid down in Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other instructions issued by Directorate of PLI.  Government of India Ministry of Communications Department of Posts (GDS Section) Dak Bhawan, Sansad Marg New Delhi-110001 Dated: 08.06.2021 To All Chief Postmasters General Subject Limited Transfer Facility for all categories of Gramin Dak Sevaks (GDS). Sir/Madam, Kindly refer to this office order of even number dated 22.01.2020 on the above mentioned subject.
