DG, APS   Subject: Delay in processing of PLI/RPLI claims   This is with reference to complaints being received in Circles and PLI Directorate in connection with delay in processing of PLI/RPLI claims due to non-compliance of extant procedures already laid down in Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other instructions issued by Directorate of PLI. Sir/Madam, Kindly refer to this office order of even number dated 22.01.2020 on the above mentioned subject.
